SPORTS FACILITIES AND SCHOOL INFORMATION COMMITTEE
Zack Johnston, Ronnie Ward

• Provides oversight regarding condition and maintenance of sports facilities

• Works with Athletic Association to assess needs relative to facilities improvement and maintenance, and in fund raising efforts

• Report status of facilities and funding needs to the Board as necessary

• Charged with coordinating field preparation schedule

• Provides oversight and guidance regarding school advertising activities

• Maintain timely informational brochures and other materials for prospective families

• Monitors school website to ensure quality and accuracy
